It is the policy of Kiddie Kandids to accept returned merchandise under the following conditions only:
- Returns for proven manufacturing defects are accepted.
- Package damaged by carrier (Damage MUST be noted by carrier as well).
- Any returns MUST be made with 30 days of purchase.
- Any order cancellation or product return MUST first obtain a return authorization number by contacting Customer Support.
