It is the policy of Kiddie Kandids to accept returned merchandise under the following
conditions only:

Returns for proven manufacturing defects are accepted.

Package damaged by carrier (Damage MUST be noted by carrier as well).

Any returns MUST be made with 30 days of purchase.

Any order cancellation or product return MUST first obtain a return authorization
number by contacting Customer Support.
